Pepper

In the forests, pepper vines climb living trees and grow the way Soliga communities have always grown them: slowly, in shade, on soil that has never seen synthetic input.

The result is a berry with significantly higher volatile oil content than plantation pepper. Sharper heat, more complex aroma, longer finish. 

Soliga women harvest between December and February, cluster by cluster, selecting only when the berry is at peak ripeness. After harvest, the berries are briefly blanched, then sun-dried for seven to ten days on raised beds. No mechanical drying or added additives. What reaches you is exactly what left the forest.

Sold whole, grind before use for the full aromatic profile.
